My first cheese cake 虽然cheese cake开裂了,经我后来仔细查证,是因为我没有把springform grease好。开裂是在cheese cake冷却的时候,和springform相连的蛋糕边缘拉扯造成的。 具体可以阅读以下receipe的review部分。 http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chantals-New-York-Cheesecake/Detail.aspx 值得欣慰的是 小鱼同学对口感很满意,对我说是他吃过的最好吃的。cheese味很重,又酸甜适中。 只是他更喜欢花哨的,比如裱上奶油加上topping。。。。 以及 高升鸡翅 成为最近厨房新宠。 and me
